The following are examples of tasting themes that I have presented.
This is just a sample and I am always happy to agree a theme that is best suited to your requirements.
- East & West of the Andes: A selection of premium wines from Argentina, Brazil, Chile and Uruguay
- A Mediterranean Christmas: Wines made within 25 miles of the Mediterranean Coast
suitable for the Christmas period
- New World v Old World : Equal quantities of wines from New and Old World countries,
presented in pairs to enable comparison of similar grape varieties from different regions
- Country v Country: Similar to New World v Old World but comparing individual
countries (e.g. France & Australia) - Grape Varieties : An introduction to wines from particular grape varieties to identify typical
characteristics OR a tasting focusing on wines from a smaller number of varieties - The Italian Job : A selection of wines of different styles from Italy
- The Iberian Influence : Wines from Spain and Portugal and countries that they
have influenced (mainly South America) - A Tale of Two Rivers : Wines from the Loire and Rhône valleys in France
